How we work

We specialize in crafting tailor-made itineraries for Africa’s premier safari destinations, featuring luxury accommodations and exceptional experiences. Our insider expertise ensures a uniquely personalized and delightful journey.

Here’s an overview of how we work

Our journey together begins with a phone call. This is our chance to learn more about you and the sorts of experiences you’re looking for. We’ll chat about your travel preferences, past trips, interests, and budget. Based on our conversation, we will make initial recommendations and help narrow down your options.
Next we start the design process. We thoughtfully build your unique journey to include all logistics, accommodations, flights and experiences that we have personally vetted. Once we have tailor-made your journey, we’ll send you a detailed itinerary and proposed tour cost for you to review. At this stage nothing is finalized – you’re welcome to make changes to your proposed trip.
We’re here to ensure your trip is truly unforgettable. We are happy to review and fine-tune every detail with as many calls/emails as you need. Once you are completely satisfied with our recommendations, we collect your deposit to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure.
About two to three weeks after receiving your deposit and confirming your trip, we’ll send a Safari Preparation Package with your itinerary, packing list, and more. Around four weeks prior to departure, after the remainder of the trip costs have been collected, we’ll provide your final travel documents.
During your African safari, we’ll touch base with our local teams to ensure everything is perfect and running smoothly for you. If you need us while traveling, don’t hesitate to call, text or email. We’re always here to help.
